One of the more popular areas of our Festival is our Kid’s Zone. Bring the kids to explore Japanese Culture by playing some traditional games, shopping for some cool toys and enjoying some terrific food!

PLAY: Enjoy traditional Japanese festival games!

• Goldfish scoop (kingyo sukui) – use a scoop made of thin dissolving paper and see how much rubber toys you can scoop out of the water before the paper rips!
• Yo-yo balloon fishing (yoyo fuusen tsuri) – use a hook to fish out water balloons from the water, but be careful because the fish line is made of dissolving paper!
• Target shooting (shateki) – Try and hit the target using a toy gun and win prizes!
• Ring toss (wanage) – Toss the ring and capture as many prizes as you can!
